JACINTA

JACINTA was founded by Jacinta Law (owner and designer) in the Spring of 1995 (formerly ABD-Adorments By Design). The JACINTA Collection can best be described as decidedly feminine; an infusion of urban pop art and jewelry design.

Born in a small village inside the Hessen district in Germany, Jacinta discovered her love of adornment at an early age. Most of my pieces can be described as playful or even flirty. For me, it is about bringing the fun back into jewelry design. Flirty, colorful, lively, and playful, those are powerful words that inspire my work.

Jacinta took her love of design in various mediums and channeled her inspirations into her design. For over 10 years she has developed a loyal following of personal customers. She is known for her unique style of infusing techniques and materials traditionally not used together. Her work with Mosaic, wire/metal design, painting, and sculpting were further cultivated while studying Design and Fine Art at the Academy of Art in San Francisco, CA. Simplicity is best. I have an appreciation of all artists of all different mediums and have been quite inspired by many, however, you have to take the best of everything and re-create something of your own.

Each piece can take anywhere from 6-20 hours of by hand craftsmanship before Jacinta will present her name and approval to it. Each piece is a self-expression of the individual and a tribute to beauty and quality.

I believe everyone should have a signature piece. Each piece of jewelry represents that person and what theyd like to express. What you wear conveys who you are to the world. My pieces are for those who want to say I am woman, I am bold and I am colorful.
